Start by creating a new file. Select ornament 4 shape from custom shapes.
Create ornament shape in a new layer.
Right click the ornament layer and select rasterize.
Press Ctrl+T to transform. Right click and select perspective.
Adjust the nodes to give it a perspective look.
From filter menu select stylize>>emboss.
Apply emboss settings as shown.
Press Alt+Down Arrow to duplicate the layer and move it down 1 pixel. Repeat the steps till you get the result. We duplicate arround 64 layers.
Select all the duplicate layers and press Ctrl+E to merge. Press Ctrl+T to transform and select flip vertical.
Press Ctrl+T again and select perspective.
Start creating outlines of the pencils using line tool.
Create tip of the pencils using pen tool. Fill them with black color.
 Create more outlines to add finishing touch.
Create a circular path. We’ll use this path for writing our text.
Write "FINEART PENCILS" on the circular path.
Select "PENCILS" and change the color.
Create another ellipse below all the layers.
Double click the text layer and enable stroke. Apply settings as shown.
Double click the circle layer and enable outer glow. Apply settings as shown.
