BLUE ICE Text Effect
Start by typing "BLUE ICE" in a new file.
Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply layer style with the settings shown.
From layer menu select layer style>>create layers.
Select all the text layers and press Ctrl+E to merge. From filter menu select artistic>>plastic wrap. Apply settings as shown.
Press Ctrl+F to apply the effect again.
Press Ctrl+U to open hue/saturation window. Apply settings as shown.
Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply layer style with the settings shown.
Duplicate the layer and change the layer mode to color dodge.

  11. i dont know he font but try this effect with a bold font like impact. it should work.

    select first ( top ) layer in layer palette and press shift and click on last ( bottom ) layer. all layers will turn blue and selected.

  18. i liked this tutorial, and it was very easy. i didn’t like the color dodge option at the end, and went for linear burn. 9/10 for not being THE ABSOLUTE BEST PS TUTORIAL EVER. nothing personal. still very good though.
