Start by creating a rectangle using rectangular shape tool.
Select the rectangle path using path selection tool. Now select delete anchor point tool.
Using this tool click on bottom left anchor point to delete it.
Create a rectangle using rectangular shape tool.
Select this rectangle’s top left anchor point using direct selection tool. Move the anchor point a few pixels to right side.
Select both layers. Duplicate the layer. Press Ctrl+T. Right click and select Flip Horizontal and place on the other side.
Fill the duplicate layers with blue color.
Select original layer. Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply settings as shown. Apply this stroke on both shapes on left.
Set fill value to zero for these layers.
Add the company name and punch line below the diamond icon. Apply some glow etc to enhance the effect.

Designing Star sign symbols - Scorpio

Start by applying a solid color to the background layer.
Double click this layer in layer window to unflatten it. Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply layer style with the settings shown.
Using custom shape tool create a preset 5 pont star shape.
Populate the background with stars of different sizes.
Rasterize the layer. Hide the background layer. Create a rectangular selection of the whole area using rectangular marquee tool.
From edit menu select define pattern. name the pattern "stars". We’ll use this pattern regularly in later steps.
Change the layer mode of stars layer to overlay.
Using custom shape tool create a preset 5 pont star shape.
Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply layer style with the settings shown. We’ll use star pattern that we saved in pattern overlay this time.
Create an ellipse using elliptical shape tool. Press Ctrl+T. Right Click and select Warp. Adjust the nodes to get the shape as shown.
Enable “add to shape area” at the top bar. Create some lines using line shape tool.
Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply settings as shown.
Create two tiny ellipses and place as shown.
Create an ellipse using elliptical shape tool. Enable “subtract from shape area” at the top bar. Create a rectangle using rectangular shape tool.
Duplicate the layer. Press Ctrl+T. Right click and select Flip Horizontal and change the color.
Similarly create other hand.
Create an ellipse using elliptical shape tool.
Duplicate the layer several times. Keep scaling down each duplicate and place below each other as shown.
Using pen tool create the end point of it’s tail. Apply same layer style.
Create two dots for the eyes using brush tool.
Create a rectangle using rectangular shape tool and type the star sign name over it.

Start by creating an elipse using elliptical shape tool.
Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply layer style with the settings shown.
Press Alt key and keep hitting the right arrow key to create 3D extrusion.
Select and merge all the duplicate layers. Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply layer style with the settings shown.
Duplicate the original layer. Scale down and place as shown..
Create a rounded rectangle using rounded rectangle shape tool.
Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply layer style with the settings shown.
Create a rectangular selection using rectangular marquee tool. Create a new layer and apply a black to white gradient in linear mode.
Change the layer mode to overlay.
Duplicate the layer. Squeeze vertically and place as shown.
Select and merge all the tyre layers. Duplicate, scale and place as shown.
Create an ellipse using elliptical shape tool.
Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply layer style with the settings shown.
Duplicate, rotate and squeeze this ellipse to create a seat.
Create a rectangle using rectangular shape tool. Enable add to shape area form the top bar. Create another rectangle using rectangular shape tool. This will exhaust pipe.
Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply layer style with the settings shown.
Select and merge all the layers. Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply layer style with the settings shown.
