| Start by creating a circle frame using custom shape tool. |

| Select the inner circle using direct selection tool. Scale down to the inner hole of the CD. |

| Create a thin circle frame using custom shape tool and place it as an outer most circular ring. |

| Create a thin circle frame using custom shape tool and place it as an inner most circular ring. |

| Insert an image. |

| Move the image layer below the outer and inner rings. |

| Press Ctrl+Alt+G to make clipping mask. |

| Change the layer mode to hard light. |

| Similarly add more images to fill the empty area. |

| Create a circle using elliptical shape tool. |

| Using type tool click on the circular path and type the CD info. on this path. |

| Add more details on the lower half of the CD sticker. |

| Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply layer style with the settings shown. |

Just check out in the market. they sell ready to print CD stickers. they r stencilled cut in CD sizes. just design ur sticker. insert the stencilled CD sticker in ur printer and fire a print command.
if u need it in bulk u should try screen printing on CD too.
