Set the Road on Fire |
| Start by opening an image of a racing car. |

| Open another image of sparks. |
 |
| Using lasso tool create a selection of sparks. Press Ctrl+Alt+D to feather the selection. |
 |
| Press Ctrl+Shift+I and delete. |
 |
| Press Ctrl+T. Right click the layer and select warp. |
 |
| Adjust nodes to get the shape as shown. |
 |
| Select eraser tool and with a soft brush setting erase any unwanted edges or color. |
 |
| Also erase fire above the wheel. |
 |
| Duplicate the layer and place it behind the other wheel. |
 |
| Similarly create sparks coming out from the front wheels. |
 |

Start by opening an image with lake or river on which you want to build a bridge. |

| Create a rounded rectangle using rounded rectangle shape tool. |
 |
| Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply layer style with the settings shown. |
 |
 |
| Create duplicates of this layer and place below each other. |
 |
 |
| Merge all wood layers. Press Ctrl+T. Right click the layer and select distort. Adjust the nodes to get a shape like this. |

 |
| Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply layer style with the settings shown. |
 |
 |
 |
| Similarly create other series of wooden stripes. Place horizontally. |
 |
| Merge these layers. Scale it down horizontally. |
 |
| Press Ctrl+T. Right click the layer and select distort. Adjust the nodes to get a shape like this. |
 |
 |
| Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply layer style with the settings shown. |
 |
 |
| Duplicate the layer and place on the other side of the bridge. |
 |

Creating Water From a Tap
Creating Water From a Tap |
| Start by opening an image of a tap. We’ll create water flowing from the tap. |

| Using pen tool create path of a water. |
 |
 |
 |
| Create a new layer and Ctrl+click the path layer to get the path selection. |
 |
| Fill the selection with white color. |
 |
| From select menu apply modify>>contract. |
 |
| Contract the selection by 2 pixels. |
 |
| Fill the selection with black color. |
 |
| Similarly contract again and fill it with white and then with black color. |
 |
 |
| From filter menu select distort>>glass. |
 |
| Apply settings as shown. |
 |
 |
| Dupliacte the layer and change the color mode to color burn. |
 |
 |
| Select blur tool from the main tool bar. |
 |
| Select both the water layer and press Ctrl+E to merge. Blur the merged water layer. |
 |
| Press Ctrl+U to open hue/saturation window. Apply settings as shown. |
 |
 |
