Create a rounded rectangle using rounded rectangle shape tool.
Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply settings as shown.
Create a circle for the lens using elliptical shape tool.
Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply settings as shown.
Duplicate the circle layer. Remove layer style.
Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply settings as shown.
Create a vertical rectangle using rectangular shape tool.
Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply settings as shown.
Create a rectangle using rectangular shape tool. Move this layer below lens layer.
Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply settings as shown.
Change layer mode to hue.
Create a small square for button using rectangular shape tool.
Duplicate this layer. Offset a few pixels and fill with lighter shade.
Similarly create more buttons and place below each other.
Create a few rectangles of varied sizes on top.
Select the top thin rectangle layer. Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply settings as shown.
Select all layers. Press Ctrl+E to merge the layers together. Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply settings as shown.

Green Text Floating on a Dark Pond Surface
Start by typing "Green Valley" with a suitable font.
Ctrl+Click the layer thumbnail to get the selection. Press Q to enable quick mask.
From filter menu artistic>>plastic warp. Apply settings as shown.
Add new effect layer from the bottom of effect window. Select distort>>glass. Apply settings as shown.
Create another effect layer. Select brush strokes>>ink outlines. Apply settings as shown.
Press Q to disable quick mask.
Create a new layer and fill it with green color.
Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply layer style with the settings shown.
Fill the background with black color.
Select the brush tool. Press F5 and select leaf brush from the custom brush preset.
Create a new layer and apply the brush with green color.
Change the layer mode to hard light.

Create a circle using elliptical shape tool.
Enable subtract form shape area form the top bar. Create a rectangle using rectangular shape tool over lower half of the circle.
Keeping subtract form shape area form the top bar still enabled draw a few rectangle shapes.
Create different shaped rectangles with varying widths. Also create a small triangle on top of rectangle shape to give it a buildings look.
Select brush tool. with 2 pixels width setting create some dots in a new layer to give an illusion of starry night.
Using custom shape tool ( U ) create a crescent moon shape.
Type the club name etc below the city scene.
Create a circle using elliptical shape tool. make it slightly bigger than the city circle.
Enable add to shape area form the top bar.
Create two rectangles using rectangular shape tool covering the text below logo.
Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply layer style with the settings shown.
After applying stroke set the fill value for this layer to zero in layer window. This will keep stroke visible but inside color will disappear.
