Animating a Moving Car On a Road |
| Start by creating sky area by applying a light gradient on the background. |
 |
| Create the ground using a rectangle and fill it with green color. |
 |
| Create another rectangle above the green rectangle. This’ll serve as a road shape. |
 |
| Apply following layer styles. |
 |
 |
| Create a small horizontal rectangle in the center of road. |
 |
| Duplicate the rectangle . |
 |
| Merge all the small rectangle layers. Duplicate the merged layer, and press Shift+Right Arrow 2imes. Hide the original layer. |
 |
| Similarly create another duplicate of the previous layer and move it 2 times. |
 |
| Create one more duplicate similarly. |
 |
| Using custom shape tool create a tree. |
 |
| Populate the area with more trees. |
 |
 |
| Merge the tree layers. Create similar number of duplicates and move as you did for the road paint layer. |
 |
 |
| Create a car shape using custom shape tool. |
 |
| Draw circles for wheels. |
 |
 |
| Merge car and wheel layers. Knock out areas for car windows. Duplicate the car layer. Move a few pixels up. Hide this layer. |
 |
| Add a couple of glints using a small white brush on the car wheels. |
 |
| Open animation window. For the first frame hide the all the duplicate layers of road paint, tress and glint on wheel except the initial ones. |
 |
| Duplicate the frame. HIde the initial positions of different elements and unhide the second position/layers of the elements. |
 |
| So on and so forth repeat the procedure till four frames. |
 |

| Start by creating a rectangle. |
 |
| Duplicate and place below. |
 |
| Create a tower of such rectangles. |
 |
| Select all layers and press Ctrl+G to group. Duplicate the group. |
 |
 |
| Using rectangular marquee tool create a selection covering all the shapes. |
 |
| Fill it with a gradient. |
 |
| Change the layer mode to hue. |
 |
 |
| Create another selection and fill with a new gradient. |
 |
| Change layer mode to color dodge. |
 |
 |
| Hide a random number of rectangles from each group. Open animation window. Let this be your first frame of the animation. |
 |
| Duplicate the frame for second frame, unhide some of the hidden rectangles and hide some of the unhidden rectangles. |
 |
| Repeat the step to create more frames. |
 |
 |
 |
 |
| Preview the animation by pressing play button in animation window. Press Ctrl+Alt+Shift+S to save an optimized GIF animation. |

| Start by creating a new file. Select ornament 4 shape from custom shapes. |
 |
| Create ornament shape in a new layer. |
 |
| Right click the ornament layer and select rasterize. |
 |
| Press Ctrl+T to transform. Right click and select perspective. |
 |
| Adjust the nodes to give it a perspective look. |
 |
| From filter menu select stylize>>emboss. |
 |
| Apply emboss settings as shown. |
 |
 |
| Press Alt+Down Arrow to duplicate the layer and move it down 1 pixel. Repeat the steps till you get the result. We duplicate arround 64 layers. |
 |
 |
| Select all the duplicate layers and press Ctrl+E to merge. Press Ctrl+T to transform and select flip vertical. |
 |
 |
| Press Ctrl+T again and select perspective. |
 |
 |
| Start creating outlines of the pencils using line tool. |
 |
 |
| Create tip of the pencils using pen tool. Fill them with black color. |
 |
 |
| Create more outlines to add finishing touch. |
 |
| Create a circular path. We’ll use this path for writing our text. |
 |
| Write "FINEART PENCILS" on the circular path. |
 |
| Select "PENCILS" and change the color. |
 |
 |
| Create another ellipse below all the layers. |
 |
| Double click the text layer and enable stroke. Apply settings as shown. |
 |
| Double click the circle layer and enable outer glow. Apply settings as shown. |
 |
