| Create dark brown gradient and apply in radial mode to the background. |

| Set your foreground and background color according to the image below. |

| From filter menu select render>>difference clouds. |
 |
 |
| Press Ctrl+F to reapply the filter several times till you get the result as shown in the shot below. |

| From filter menu select stylize>>glowing edges. |
 |
| Apply settings as shown. |
 |
 |
| Duplicate the layer . From filter menu select stylize>>find edges. |
 |
 |
| Press Ctrl+U to open hue/saturation window. Apply settings as shown. |
 |
 |
| Hide this layer. Select the layer below. Press Ctrl+F to apply find edges filter on this layer. |
 |
| Press Ctrl+U to open hue/saturation window. Apply settings as shown. |
 |
 |
| Change the layer mode to overlay and opacity to 50%. |
 |
 |
| Unhide the layer above and change the layer mode to overlay. |
 |
 |
| Duplicate the layer. From select menu click color range. Select a color range using following settings. |
 |
 |
| Press Delete to remove area under selection. Double click the layer to open layer style window. Apply layer style with the settings shown. |
 |
 |
| Change the layer mode to hue. |
 |

| Start by creating a rectangle to the size of the header. |

| Using custom shape tool draw some random size circle thin frame shapes. |
 |

| Change layer mode of this layer to overlay. |
 |
 |
| Using pen tool draw some wave shapes. Don’t bother to get the right shape. We’re going to distort the shape in coming steps anyway. |

| From filter menu select liquify. From liquify window select forward warp tool. |
 |
| Drag the tool on wave shape to distort the edges. |
 |
| Press Ok once you’re finished with the output. |
 |
| Change layer mode to screen. |
 |
 |
| Draw a rectangular selection at the top using rectangular marquee tool. |
 |
| Apply a linear gradient in this selection. |
 |
| Duplicate the layer. Enable lock transparent pixels. |
 |
| Apply another linear gradient to this layer. |
 |
| Change layer mode to screen. |
 |
 |
| This top bar will serve as a place holder for text links. Draw a thin line below the top bar to divide this from the rest of the header. |
 |
| Place an image of the company product. |
 |
| Apply following layer style using settings shown. |
 |
 |
 |
| Similarly insert more pics and apply same layer style to frame the additional images. Rotate as per your chois. Overlap the images slightly and place all on right side of the header. |
 |
| Insert company logo to the left of the header. |
 |
| Type links text over the top bar and fill the empty space with some punchline using a nice font. |
 |

| Start by creating a new file. Fill the background with a light gray color. |

| Create a rectangle using rectangular shape tool with blue color. |
 |
| Apply stroke with the settings shown. |
 |
 |
| Add company name and logo in the bottom portion. |
 |
| Take a duplicate of the logo. Press Ctrl+T. |
 |
| Scale it up. |
 |
| Move this layer above the blue rectangle layer. Change the layer mode to screen and opacity to 30%. |
 |
| Press Ctrl+Alt+G to create a clipping mask. |
 |
| Add the card holder’s name and designation at the top left. |
 |
| Add address and services on the bottom right of the blue rectangle. Right align the text. |
